For this high-profile project, I designed and developed a full-scale booklet from scratch, bringing a modernized elevated aesthetic to the layout while adhering to brand guidelines. This booklet was used for the Village of Palmetto Bay’s annual State of the Village Address event. 

This publication showcases key achievements, community milestones, and notable figures—including high-stakes names and politicians—through a sleek, engaging layout. I crafted a design that elevates the content while ensuring readability and impact. The result is a compelling and cohesive publication that reflects the Village’s progress with style and sophistication.

The design process began with research into the audience, brand guidelines, and material resource to create the design. I then crafted a modern, magazine-style layout with refined typography, colors, and imagery using InDesign, I ensured a polished and engaging final product.
